Our fixed fee covers all work required to prepare and submit your application to the appropriate professional standard. This includes client consultations and ongoing communication, correspondence with relevant third parties, detailed case analysis, preparation of a tailored document checklist, review of supporting evidence, completion and submission of the application, and drafting of a comprehensive legal covering letter or representations. Administrative costs such as document handling and standard postage are also included.
Our fees do not include Home Office application fees, the Immigration Health Surcharge, third-party costs (such as translations or expert reports), or any disbursements payable to external providers.
We do not make decisions on immigration applications and therefore cannot guarantee a successful outcome. No legal representative can offer such a guarantee. What we provide is a structured, strategic, and professionally prepared application aligned with the relevant legal framework.
Work on your matter will commence once we have received full instructions, all required documentation, and payment. We typically allocate up to two weeks to prepare and submit an application from the point at which all necessary information has been provided.
