Fixed fee includes: 

All attendances noted, written and telephone correspondence with the client and relevant third parties within the required casework; case analysis, consideration, tailored list of required documents, preparation and submission of application and relevant supporting documents, our covering letter/ legal representations, copies of documents and postage fees.

Lawyer London Ltd are accredited by the OISC to work with complex immigration matters at the highest Level 3 (conduct of specialist casework; preparation of cases at the First-tier and Upper Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber), drafting full grounds of appeal; representing clients before the First-tier and Upper Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber); instructing a barrister or member of the Faculty of Advocates to appear at the First-tier and Upper Tier).

We are experienced in working and communicating with third parties, such as Local Councils, the Police, Members of Parliament, Embassies, NHS and other authorities to get the result of your matter as successful as possible.

Home Office fees, Immigration Health Surcharge, translation of supporting documents etc. 

Please note that we are not the people who decide on the application and are therefore unable to give you 100% guarantee of success in relation to your matter. In fact, no one can give you a guarantee of success in any immigration matter. However, we do guarantee our best efforts in support of your application.

We reserve two weeks to complete the work on your matter from the date we receive all the documents and information from you, and not from the date when you made the payment.If any aspect of your matter becomes particularly complicated or requires a high degree of urgency, then a higher hourly rate may be necessary, in such circumstances, you will be advised in advance.
