Daiga leads the firm’s legal strategy and manages all casework. She holds the highest IAA Level 3 accreditation and has built a reputation for securing complex outcomes in asylum, family migration, private life and discretionary applications. Daiga regularly prepares and supervises appeal bundles, judicial review requests, and settlement claims. Her practice focuses on Ukrainian, Eastern European and other displaced clients navigating the most challenging aspects of UK immigration law. She oversees training, quality assurance and case progression across the firm.
