Tariq leads appeal strategy across the firm and appears before the Immigration and Asylum Chamber. He works closely with Daiga and Shakir on appeal preparation and provides tactical advice where the Home Office decision-making is flawed or procedurally defective. His expertise includes asylum refusals, revocation challenges and complex human rights appeals. Tariq also supports caseworkers in drafting persuasive grounds and evidence submissions.
